The Wedding Servings per cake are calculated using the standard industry serving size of 1"x2"x4".  This size is appropriate for most occasions, either served alone or as part of a dessert buffet.	The Party Servings per cake are figured at 3"x3"x4" per piece.  This is a very large serving and is recommended if you would like second servings or extra for your guests to take with them.
